Since then, the service has gotten worse and seems to be going downhill. Being close to Silicon Valley, the most recent updates of the San Jose International Airport has made travel difficult and annoying. In addition to this negative feature, when multiple flights arrive at one time, it is complicated, difficult, and hard to move through.
The connecting services are all over the place, being that the luggage area is at one end, the car rental is at the other end, and the cars are upstairs.
