Egypt has a negative view of America (a large percentage) because they fail countless times to see positive reasons with the Muslim Brotherhood and also with their support of Hosni Mubarak. But, seeing it is generally politically-based, there are assumptions that they cannot use it against them.

Since a long time back, Russia and Belarus have had a great relationship, and because Russia and America are not the best of friends, that hatred and dislike have been adopted by Belarus. Based on a recent report, it showed that more than 65% of Belarussians have a strong dislike for Americans and their tourists alike.
