A Low Landing
In some places, airports are located very near the coastline, especially on small, touristic locations. In St. Maarten in the Netherlands, this airport is so close, that when planes come in for their landing, people on the beach can look up to see the plane. Naturally this is very distracting, and can wake anyone relaxing on the beach! Aside from this, it does offer a unique experience, and the opportunity to take a photograph that isn’t possible in traditional circumstances.
